Question 1

What exactly is SARA?

Accepted Answer

SARA (short for Sales Appointment Revenue Agent) is an AI voice agent, and we'll never pretend otherwise. But the honest answer is simpler: she's a trained team member who answers your phone, follows up on your leads, and books your appointments in a natural, human-sounding voice. Talk to her, ask about your own business, and decide for yourself.

Question 2

Does she sound human? Will my callers know?

Accepted Answer

She sounds like a warm, capable receptionist: natural pacing, real conversation, no robotic script. She senses the caller's tone and emotion in real time and adapts, slowing down for someone stressed and getting to the point for someone in a hurry. And if anyone asks whether she's human, she tells the truth. We never deceive your callers.

Question 3

Does SARA handle inbound calls, outbound calls, or both?

Accepted Answer

Both. Inbound, she answers instantly (nights, weekends, holidays, while you're mid-job), greets callers, answers questions, qualifies them, and books appointments. Outbound, she calls new leads back within seconds, follows up persistently, reactivates old leads and past customers, and asks happy customers for reviews. And you choose how much she handles: every call, after-hours only, or just the overflow.

Question 4

How is this different from an answering service or voicemail?

Accepted Answer

Voicemail loses you the customer: fewer than 3% of callers sent to voicemail leave a message. An answering service takes a message, and the lead still waits for you. SARA finishes the job on the call: she answers questions, qualifies the caller, and books the appointment directly onto your calendar. A message taken is a lead delayed. An appointment booked is money.

Question 5

Can she work my existing leads and past customers?

Accepted Answer

That's some of her best work. Most businesses sit on years of old leads and past customers nobody ever calls, people who already know your name. SARA calls through that list: reactivating past customers, winning back ones who drifted, requesting reviews and referrals. She calls only contacts you own and follows the calling rules for your area. It's new revenue from contacts you already paid for, and a great way to fill slow weeks.

Question 6

What happens when SARA can't answer something?

Accepted Answer

If a caller asks something outside what she knows, SARA takes a detailed message and flags it for you, or transfers the call, whichever you've told her to do. Emergencies get escalated immediately. You stay in control of what she handles alone and what comes to you. Then we add the answer, so she's ready next time.

Question 7

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Less time than hiring. We sit down with you to learn your services, your service area, and how you want calls handled, then tune her voice and answers until you approve, and we keep tuning as your business changes. You'll get an exact timeline before you commit, and you'll hear SARA yourself before anything starts.

Question 8

Does she book directly into my calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When a caller is ready, SARA books the appointment straight onto your calendar during the call: no callback, no 'someone will reach out.' You open your calendar and the job is simply there, with the caller's details attached.

Question 9

Is my customer data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data is encrypted whenever it travels, and we never sell it, to anyone, for any reason. Your customer list stays your customer list. We use it for exactly one thing: helping SARA call and serve your customers on your behalf.

Question 10

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Exact numbers depend on your call volume and what you want SARA doing, so we give them on a short call: no pressure, no marathon pitch. Here's the part that matters: you'll talk to SARA herself before you ever pay a cent. If she doesn't convince you she can do the job, you've lost nothing but a few minutes.

Question 11

What if my website or Google listing is holding me back?

Accepted Answer

SARA answers every call that comes in, but if you're invisible when people search, a lot of those calls never come in at all. We also build the website and fix the Google listing that get you found in the first place. It's a separate add-on, not part of SARA. Ask her about it when you talk, and we'll tell you straight whether you even need it.
